Email Prospector – how to use the Capture button

The Capture button is a fast way of capturing contact information and adding to the Find Email queue.

The dropdown of the Capture button has a couple of other options. “Copy Email Ids” and “Find Missing”

The first “Copy Email Ids” allows you to capture all the email addresses from any web page. To do this, you need to first select all the text that has the email addresses. Usually clicking on the web page and then pressing Ctrl+A on your keyboard and then using the “Copy Email Ids” works well. Click the “View Grid” button to see the captured email addresses. From here, you can export the email addresses or even Verify them.

The second “Find Missing” allows you to highlight any contact information and find the missing email address and phone number for them. Between the “Capture” and the “Find Missing” buttons, the “Capture” button is more convenient, since you can keep capturing multiple contacts, while the product is finding missing email and phone number in the background.
