Build Decision Makers List from LinkedIn people searches
There are different ways to build companies list. One of them is through LinkedIn people searches. Management-Finder helps you to find decision makers and build decision makers lists from LinkedIn people searches.
Log in to your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account via Management-Finder browser
Using Advanced Lead Search, perform a people search
Use necessary filters to narrow down your search.
Click Search.
The people search results are displayed.
Make sure you choose option 2.Extract People in search result and click Grab.
The people profiles from the search results are extracted to the Management-Finder grid.
Now the real magic happens when you click Convert to companies button on the Management-Finder grid toolbar. Only the company names are retained in the grid.
Now, you have your list of targeted companies.
You can find decision makers for targeted companies and build a list of decision makers.
There are 2 Management-Finder options:
- Li Management-Finder
- C-Level Management-Finder
Both the Management Finders are equally brilliant in their own ways.
Use Li Management Finder if you reply Yes to any of the following statements:
- Are your prospects available primarily on LinkedIn?
- Are you looking for VP / Director-level / Senior-level decision makers?
- Are you looking for people with specific skills such as Copy-Writing, Statistics, Analytics, SEO, UI & UX, etc?
- Are you looking for people from specific departments, but don’t know their exact job title such as Head of Engineering or Top-most marketing person?
- Are you looking for people with “x” number of years of experience?
- Are you looking for people who are connected to a friend of yours?

Use C-Level Management Finder if you reply Yes to any of the following statements:
- Are your prospects only those of the C-Suite / C-Level (CEO, CMO, CFO, CTO, etc)?
- Is there a possibility that they may be found outside LinkedIn, like on the Company Website or a blog?
