How to Automate TouchPoint for days and weeks together…

eGrabber TouchPoint is built for busy people who want to keep in touch with their network, but don’t have the time for it.

TouchPoint has a lot of automation which does the hard work of advertising to your network. You just need to handle the incoming inquiries and prospects.

1. Add your different target markets into Touch-Lists

Customers, prospects, first-degree connections, alumni… These are just some of the groups of people we have to constantly keep in touch with.

The challenge is, how do you keep in touch with all of them at the same time?

Using TouchPoint, we will import each group of people into a different touch-list. We will then give every touch-list a daily quota, so that each of these categories of people are visited everyday.

For example, you may setup touch-lists to visit 200 customers, 100 prospects and 50 First degree connections etc.

You can import your target markets into touch-lists in 3 different ways.

Add a LinkedIn search
Paste a list of LinkedIn IDs
Import an Excel or csv list

You can add a new Touch-List at any time using this button at the top left-hand corner.

You can rename a Touch-List at any time using this pencil icon.

2. Specify a schedule for the Touch-Lists, so that it goes on for days / weeks / months together

You can visit many categories of people on the same day by setting quotas for each Touch-List. You can edit the quota by clicking on the Settings button, or the quota number displayed next to the touch-list name. (click the image to zoom it)

Across all Touch-Lists, you can visit 600 a day. Adjust the quotas so you can cover all the touch-lists in the 600 limit.

Let’s say I have 900 first degree connections, and I have set a quota of 50 a day. On day 1, the TouchPoint will work through the first 50 and then stop. On day 2, it will work on the next 50,.. and so on.. until the 900 is done. If you do the math, this whole list will take 18 days to complete.

If you click the Settings button at the top right-hand corner, you get a few more control options. For instance, you can choose which days of the week the touch-list has to run on. You can also set a touch-list to visit say, once a month.
